HIV rapid test at 45 days post exposure

I have described my situation before.
I had many of ARS symptoms including rash, sore throat and fatigue. Also, I had a fever like feeling at the beginning.
Even now, my sore throat is there.
These symptoms started at 2 weeks post exposure which fits the ARS timeline.
I went to a Dr. She tested me for a strep throat which was negative.
She told maybe it s mono and I will take a blood test for mono.
Teak told that I had never an exposure but my main concern is that maybe I haven't realized the condom failure.
I am really worried because of the symptoms and their timing
Finally I took the finger prick rapid HIV test at 45 days post exposure which came negative.
Is rapid HIV test at 45 days an indicator of HIV status or I should wait for three month test?
Thank you very much.
