HIV rash

Dear all,

Three weeks ago I had a condom broke.
After three week I'm having fever and headache, also I started to have watery blisters all around my body.
most of them were blast when I touch them and I have them on my face neck, thighs, scalp, etc. They also very itchy too. Can this be HIV ARS related rash.  
Can HIV ARS related rash appear like chicken fox blisters.

No it does not happen just on the arms and it doesn't have blisters and it doesn't itch. If that is what you have it isn't an ARS rash and see your doctor.

No. You can test 3 months post exposure to obtain a conclusive test result.
