HIV rash just came from emergency room

Hi im back again with a major concern I just went to the emergency room with a huge problem. I had started to develope a rash 2-3 days with these bumps that come up like blisters and then ooze and then crust over could this ne the HIV ars rash ? its all over my upper chest face back and neck. I have been testing my self with ora quick every three months and then just had a blood test back in december for all stds negative.. the ora quicks come out negative. my only risk is unprotected oral sex giving. the doctor himself said it looked viral but it could be bacterial im not having a fever or any flu like symptoms. Could someone give me some insight on what this ARS rash could look like.

I believe my partner took off his condom when we were having sex and I am not just being paranoid. About two months later I got this weird oozing rash on both my elbows and have had a number of other skin problems since that I have never had before. I have tested for all STD's out to 9 months and everything has been negative.

I mean you can pop these blisters and they just crust over . its in my face back chest thighs . I mean i took the ora quik yesterday. the one back in mid January , the I had the blood test in December. Not trying to dig deeper but anyway that the test could have missed the infection. like i said oral sex is all i do which Ive seen many times on here carry no risk.

HIV rash doesn't look or behave like you describe. For sure it's something else. The rash of ARS never occurs alone, only with fever and other symptoms of ARS; doesn't blister, crust, or ooze; and generally is just painless, non-itchy red bumps. And anyway, HIV test results always overrule symptoms. But no matter what your rash looks like, your negative Oraquick test proves HIV isn't the cause.
