HIV risk, yes or no

Hi i just had sex with a massage ladyboy in Thailand and i was an insertive partner, she used massage oil and after 4-5 mins of sex i thought that this massage oil can break the condom so i finished it fast inside her anus. she went to bathroom and told me if i have HIV or not and i told her not . i took her to some clinic and we both took a rapid test and we were both negetive. I was afraid if she is in the window period. Two days after this i had sex with a lady (Hooker/ street walker) and after sex when i pulled my penis out i saw that the condom is broken again and i came inside her ( it was less than 4 mins that condom was broken) it was broken because of her vagina was too dry. again i asked her if she has HIV and she said no and she said she has baby. i realy cant believe her cuz she stole some money from me. and now after about 20 days from first exposure and 16 days from secound exposure i have rashes that was so itchy at first but now some of them are not itchy. they are all over my body even my foods . are these rashes sign of HIV infection or just a normal allergy ? please answer me i am so scared . p.s the area on my chest used to itch but now it is not itchy buy the red rashes on my foot is itchy now

As you state yourself and were told by members, you are conclusive at 28 days and not 24.  Your 24 day results are good news and most likely you will remain negative.  However, you will need to test again at the earliest of 28 days.  There is nothing to add to this until you are at the 28 day point and take your next test.  We wish you the best and are closing this thread.

"I got my 4th generation test (p24 and Ab) on day 24 of exposure and it came negative. i heard we have to wait least 28 days for testing "

I'm very confident you heard that January 13th, the day I first replied.

Your test is very encouraging but not conclusive.
IMO, being MSM is the highest sexual risk for hiv, test again with an antibody test at 12 wks post condom break to play it safe.
Or follow the world health organization that say a 4th gen test is conclusive at 6 wks.

Did your specialist explain a testing strategy?

before and after everything i am so greatful and thankful of your great answers and concern. THANKS
My " IgE" level was 4 times more than normal ( 450 instead of 100 ) he said this will explain itchy rashes. i was worried these rashes are hiv signs but he said not. and i got diarrhea and vomiting for only 2 days that might be food poisoning . He told me to give "PCR" test to decide whether i got hiv or not cuz i am so depressed about this hiv stuff and cant wait for 3 months. The lab told me i have to wait for 14 days to PCR results come out. i have 2 concerns
1- I had ALL of that symptoms at the specific days that a hiv person must have ( ex. diarrhea and vomiting at week 3-4 ) but these symptoms were brief and last for 2-3 days only.
2- I gave p24 and Hiv Ab combi test ( 4th generation) at day of 24 of my exposure (the day after i got seroconversion symptoms i mean vomiting and diarrhea) . although it came negative  (values were 0.05 for p24 and 0.06 for Ab ) i am concerned that these results are not trustable as far as it is said that these test should be gave afte 4 weeks ( 28 days not 24 )

Your first encounter was protected sex from hiv being the condom did not break.
Your second encounter is the potential for hiv, If in fact she even has it.
Testing trumps symptoms and your tests to date are encouraging.
Many hiv experts consider a 4th generation test conclusive at 4 weeks while the cdc recommends a final antibody test at 12weeks to be conclusive.
Don't neglect to test for other stds.

Hiv rashes are described as non itch and acute hiv symptoms are non specific being they mirror many other possible causes so they are not reliable for diagnosis.
Your condom break was a risk and you should take a 4th generation test 28 days post possible exposure.
Most hiv experts would consider this conclusive.
CDC guidelines recommended a 4th generation test during the window period be followed by an antibody test at 12 weeks to be sure.
Until you test, try and not over analyse things.
Most women are not infected and it's not easily transmitted female to male if she was.

Thanks for your concern and kind reply.....I went to the clinic today and gave a test (rapid test). Today is the19 days after my exposure. She said 18-16 days are fine. The result was negative but I have to repeat the test 3 months later. Is this negative result trust able??? Can I relay on it? At least for now and for the majority of the chance that I am clean ( I mean that it is just a little chance that i get positive result after 3 months, according to my current negative result). Thanks

My reply was based on the Drs who used to post here and current CDC guidelines.
I assume the test they performed was looking for p24 antigen as well.
This is very encouraging but I don't have the background to call it conclusive and follow the guidelines already mentioned.

thanks can i update my story ??
1- (20 days after first encounter and 17 days after second encounter ) i got red itchy rashes all over my body especially my shoulder and my leg, especially when i took a shower. I took some antihistamine for 4 days and it was gone.
2- (22 days after first encounter and 19 days after second encounter) . i gave another " HIV Rapid Test" and it was negative.
3- (26 days after first encounter and 23 days after second encounter) . i was on a business trip and on my way back home i ate a dinner on the plane (it was supposed to be hot but they served it cold!) and a coco milk that i did not check the expire date (it is common here to see expired items on market). After few hour when i was sleep i had a "Heartburn"( Acid Reflux ) and this made me wake up. after that i felt i have "Diarrhea" and went to toilet and i had "Nausea" too. So i had extreme "Watery Diarrhea" and "Vomited" too much.In the morning I went to a clinic and they prescribed me "Serum +Ranitidine+ b-Complex+hyoscine+ ondansetron" . At the noon i felt i had fever too. At Afternoon i felt i dont have any diarrhea but other symptoms remained plus a terrible "Headache" .
4- (27 days after first encounter and 24 days after second encounter). I went to specialist , i still had that terrible headache plus a little nausea and fever and a little sore throat. (specialist told me that i have a "Sinusitis" and fever and headache maybe related to this). He injected a "meloxicam" shot and took a blood sample for "HIV I&II , HIV p24, HBs ag"
up to this date i have coughs and after i get hot and especially when i take a shower i have red rashes on my body especially shoulder and back and my leg and behind my ears. The rashes on my leg and behind my ear are itchy but on my shoulder they are not itchy and after few minutes they all go away but some of the itchy rashes remain.
Thanks for reading my story, the facts is that i feel too much guilty and i have not slept for a week or so and nobody give me the real fact, i have searched over the net and i found many many different and sometimes contradictory things that made me even more anxious and confused.
Please tell me how much i am at the risk of hiv and was that rapid test i gave (on day 22 and 19 of encounter) is accurate in that date ( i heard it is accurate only after 4 weeks ). Are these symptoms i encounter the signs of hiv ??
Please help me i beg of you all
thanks
