HIV risk from a hot tub / jacuzzi

Dear Doctor, i am quite worried and need some advice please. I went to a strip club last week.  All was well until I ended up in a Jacuzzi with a lady. There was no sexual contact of any nature (well only touched her breasts) but my worry is that I don't know who was in the Jacuzzi before us and the liklie-hood that people had sex in it is very good or they may have at least ejaculated in the water. The water was quite warm (at one point too warm to sit for a long time) and from what I can remember seemed like it did contain chemicals (from the smell). At one point I also sat on the edge of the jacuzzi.  My question is am I at risk of HIV / std's either from the lady I was with in the jacuzzi or any semen which may have been present in the water.  I kept my head above water at all times but was obviously naked in the tub. What if I sat on someone's ejaculate on the side of the tub. I do have a small tear on my anus at present (I know this because it is sore). I also had a raw scratch on my leg which was in the water.  I am worried sick so please let me know if there is any risk.

Thanks for the feedback Teak.

Is there absolutely ZERO risk? My real worry is sitting around that Jacuzzi with my bare backside and now knowing that I have a small tear / wound on my anus. I mean that is a mucous membrane and if I sat on something I should not have (some other guys semen) is that not a risk especially with the wound? That area of the Jacuzzi is not under water although it is exposed to air. However the environment is warm and moist??

Thanks for your advice. Promise not to flog this topic to death I just would like some reassurance.
