HIV risk from breast milk
I went to a strip club in san francisco and was sucking a strippers breast, i got a very bad tasted in my mouth and i think it was some breast milk/liquid. Assuming She was HIV positive, what are my risk and do i need testing. I have read breast milk has HIV virus and hence very worried of this exposure.

I forgot to add, I have cracked lips, so may be the breast milk can go through the cracked lips..
