HIV risk from touching possible cuts

by kntana, Jun 11, 2008 02:14AM
I had a questionable experience with another man a month ago and am wondering if I was ever at risk for possible hiv transmission.

I was laying on his bed while he massaged the shaft of my penis with two of his fingers. I didn't see any obvious blood or anything but after he had finished doing this activity, noticed that I may have had a couple very small cuts on the shaft of my penis. I wasn't completely sure if his fingers had any cuts on it at all. My questions are:

1. Would this had been a possible exposure to hiv if he and I both had cuts and it had been transmitted from the rubbing?

2. Is hiv transmitted if two cuts are touching each other slightly, even if no obvious bleeding is apparent?

Please respond. I have not been able to stop thinking about this and am very worried.

I am not a doctor or an expert but I think most the guy here would agree with me that it’s very very very very very hard to get HIV in the manner that you described to us. Masturbation is safe sex.

How so? isn't it possible for blood to be exchanged in this manner if we both had cuts?

If we both had cuts (on my penis and on his fingers) isn't it possible for blood to be exchanged in this manner? Please advise.

No one was playing with you penis gushing blood out of their finger and your penis wasn't gushing blood. MOVE ON...

What did I just say? You were never at risk. You need to read MedHelp's Posting Guidelines.
