HIV risk on genitial rubbing

Hii,
I had unprotected genital rubbing (vagina on penis) with a woman in massage parlour.
For about 2 mins. After 14 days of exposure I did the 4 generation Elisa combo test and RNA PCR TEST and all were negative .I was being told by my doctor that the possibilities of HIV infection is being rule out in your case completely.
I also HIV screening test for HIV after 28 days of exposure and it came negative. I also did test for all std after 28 days of exposure and they came negative.
After 3 months of exposure I have developed anxiety and still afraid of HIV and std
Durring first 28 days I had sore throat and tiredness.
Please help me as after 3 month's I have gone through stress again and still feel that I may be infected.

Oops... Sorry I misread.. You already had tests done....
The RNA pcr is a good indicator that you're negative ( although some would say its conclusive) the 4th gen  ag/ab  done at 2 weeks is a bit too early. Anyways.. Since you've passed the 3 month mark , you might want to follow up with a standard ab test to conclude.

If you did penetrate without condom, please test.

You had no risk of HIV and didn't have to test in the first place. Rubbing carries no risk.
