HIV risk: urine in eye

Hi, I suffer terrible health anxiety...
And I've just found out I'm pregnant so bare with me...
I'm a nurse and was looking after a HIV positive patient... I was inserting a urinaty catheter and went to insert the balloon with sterile water. On pushing the fluid in there was resistance and it sprayed in my face and eyes and mouth.. I'm
Pretty sure it was only water but paranoid that ruined flicked in my face too. When I dipsticked the urine it had traces of blood in but was yellow and very clear to look at.
I looked after her all day and I'm
Worrying that any little contact could have given me HIV.
Since the encounter I had had tickly slightly productive coughs really stiff neck (although went on dodgems before I knew I was pregnant and really got banged around) oral thrush etc
I can't sleep
Or concentrate and  convinced I've given it to my family who are none the wiser. Please help

I'm not questioning it, I am just making a statement based on your own words. If you fear something so much then it might be time to rethink what you do.
If someone told me they had a very bad fear of flying but have to travel for business I would say the same thing to them.

Thank you for your responses...
Questioning my nursing is pretty unfair. I'm seeing councillors for my anxiety so learning to deal with my issues.
I have nursed all over the world and have had had amazing experiences prior to my anxiety with no worries what so ever.

1. I think you should bring all cases to HR.
2. I back up what James wrote
3. "Worrying that any little contact could have given me HIV"-Is nursing the right career for you?
