HIV risk with escort

Dear doctor

I recently had oral and vaginal sex with an escort in Dublin. She was European I think. We had protected oral sex with a condom. We also had protected vaginal sex with a condom. After I ejaculated and was withdrawing my penis I couldn't feel the base of the condom. I panicked about this and withdrew quickly and found that my penis was uncovered as the condom had come off. I can't be sure if the condom was on when I came inside her vagina. The escort pulled the condom out of her vagina and said that I had come inside it. She checked her vagina and said that I had definitely come in the condom. She looked a bit worried but stayed calm. I asked her about her sexual health and she said that she got regular checkups and that she didn't have HIV. I had a bit of a panic attack and now I'm stressing about HIV and posiible STDs. I would appreciate some advice or help on this matter please.

Best wishes

Terry

It isn't easy to get a condom out that has been pushed up in the vagina during sex. It's easy to remove when you lose it on withdraw.

Thanx for ur help and support Teak, she did get the condom out relatively easily, but I can't be sure that the condom didn't slip off when we were having sex and then I ejaculated inside her. There was some cum in the condom but not a lot, this is what is worrying me.

If she didn't spend time digging out the condom out of her vagina, then you lost it on withdraw and don't need an HIV test. The above poster was incorrect.

You should be fine. Get checked at six weeks and then 3 months for a conclusive result.

Thanks, but I can't be sure about that, she did remove the condom quite easily but I can't be sure that I actually came in the condom. What if the condom came off and  I came inside her?

If you lost the condom on withdraw you didn't have a risk of contracting HIV.
