HIV risk

Hello,
I am 23 gay male.  I went to a bathhouse, and when I was there I made out while naked  with this other guy who was also naked. The only thing we did was jack each other off, kiss and touch each other.  He never came neither did I, but I am afraid that maybe since it is a bathhouse he might've had somebody's come on his hand leftover and maybe end up in my penis.I also jacked this other guy off for 30 seconds an felt precum on my finger. Was there any risks for HIV with these situations?  I did get tested 3 weeks after that. the Antibody test came negative and do did the RNA. Was there any risk? If there was,  was 3 weeks enough time after this to be conclusive?

He could have had everyone's ejaculation on his hands and it would not have been an HIV risk.

Thank you Teak, Is it because they virus would die not being able to infect? I am sorry for my anxiety it's just that since it was a bathhouse it raises my worries. I know I should have never went. I have a boyfriend of 4 years and I want to make sure he's safe you know?

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.
