We are happy that you tested negative for HIV and are confident in those results.  As this is a discussion forum for HIV concerns, there is nothing more to be offered here for you.  Please see your doctor for your other concerns.

My anxiety level was going high and my mind seems to be playing with me. Never wanted to offend anyone here. Test to ease my mind only.

It is ok to test if it eases your mind and no one is offended at whatever you said, however you will not get a different answer here. Perhaps you should talk with your doctor to see if he can calm you down or give you medication to help you while you wait.

There are 5,000 diseases that you can catch but fortunately you don't even think about them or you wouldn't have any life, but you are fixating on this one that you can't catch.

Have tested after 15 days with combo test (antibody and p24) which came back non reactive. Should I repeat it after 30 days?

You didn't even need to test once, so you certainly don't need to test again.

NO ONE has ever contracted HIV from receiving oral sex, and you will not be the first.
You say "Not judging your knowledge guys. " but in reality you don't accept ANYTHING that we told you and you refer to other sites that we don't have any affiliation with and are incorrect.

You keep asking the same questions. If you want to test that is ok for you to do, but everyone here knows you are wasting your time, so you will continue to receive the same answer here.

Not judging your knowledge guys. Few sites says there is low risk of hiv from oral sex and few says no risk. I am getting stressed a lot and scared to get tested now.

Some sites use theoretical risk but consider 40 years of HIV science and no oral HIV transmission cases occurred is good odds.
I meant
but you should consider after 40 years of HIV science and no oral HIV transmission cases occurred is good odds.

You might check out the std forum as you had a risk for std.

I ejaculated in her mouth and had suffered with balanitis earlier. Does that change my risk? Actually I am getting 99.8 fever and little discomfort in throat. Pls suggest

There is no detail that you can add to your situation to make you at risk for HIV.
The HIV oral science is 40 years old and well established that oral doesn't transmit HIV, and many other people have what you have, did what you did etc.
Maybe you have a flu or maybe it is just fear making you think you are dying of HIV, but you aren't. Self diagnosed symptoms are usually wrong.

Only a doctor can diagnose you. You have no medical training and we can't diagnose from here.

One last concern, I am getting leg pain and tiny painful ulcers on tip of my tongue. Is it stress or something else I should worry for

No idea what it is, only that it is NOT related to HIV, since you had no risk for HIV.

Oral isn't a sex risk for HIV. PEP is potentially toxic.

Only sex risks are unprotected and penetrating anal or vaginal.
