HIV signs?

Would a person know that he is infected with HIV after 4 years of infection? Would there be any signs that he carries the virus?
A routine blood check up won't check for HIV , but it checks WBC. Would the WBC count be normal for an infected person 4 years after infection?If not , would it be high or low?

How long'll it take for a person (infected) without treatment to develope AIDS?

On average, 10 years, but some people can go as long as 20. A person's outside physical appearance is not an accurate determinent of that person's HIV status.
