HIV survival in dried semen or vaginal fluid

I recently had protected sex with a prostitute after some rounds of beer. When I finished, I tested the condoms with water and noticed that they had no damage. However this was probably within 10 minutes of the intercourse. I immediately decided to wash my penis with soap and water. After washing, I noticed that I had an abrasion/cut around the foreskin. I am worried that by washing the penis, the dried fluid that touched my penis outside the condom ring could have come in contact with the cut during the washing. I am very worried that I may have got HIV in the process of washing by bringing the dried fluid in contact with the cut on my foreskin. Please advise me
