HIV symptoms after 7-8 years?

Dear Doctors,

I am 28 years old male and before 8 years ago i had unprotected sex with a girl that i had suspicious she had HIV.

It lasted for 2-3 minutes i suppose and i ejaculated immitiedly.

I don't remember if i had any suspicious illness or anything during that time.

Now, after 8 years i am engaged with a woman i love so much. (and i know shes clean from HIV)

From the start of this year i started to have often illnesses like, headaches, fevers, dry coughs. pain on the joints and back accompanied with diarrhea, and i have white thinks like cottage cheese behind my tongue.

Please keep in mind that i am making a healthy life (sort off), i have a small gym in my house and eating healthy, but i am a smoker.

I am 8 years with my wife but she didn't developed anything strange like illness and such. The only think she has its late periods. Sometimes 2 months and shes taking hormones pills for that!

My question is; will these symptoms shows that my immune system is taken over by HIV? or is it just me?

It's not HIV, but I do have one question/concern. In these 8 years haven't you been tested for STDs?
