Primary screening test is always an Antibody or Antibody + Antigen test, as recommended by CDC and other authorities.
If you have already done PCR test, it excludes you from the infection since it is reliable after 10 days of exposure. Any screening test is not conclusive at 24 days as you were told, so it has no significant meaning in defining your health status
I I saw Dr.hhh had said after 14 days of exposure combination of 4th generation and pcr test is conclusive
I'm not familiar with that specific test. That is a question to ask your doctor. But if it were me, and I had a true risk, I'd take a 4th generation Duo test at 28 days to be sure. Keep in mind though, one time sex and one time sex with a regular girl and not a sex worker lowers your odds significantly of contracting HIV.
