Primary screening test is always an Antibody or Antibody + Antigen test, as recommended by CDC and other authorities.

If you have already done PCR test, it excludes you from the infection since it is reliable after 10 days of exposure. Any screening test is not conclusive at 24 days as you were told, so it has no significant meaning in defining your health status

I'm not familiar with that specific test.  That is a question to ask your doctor.  But if it were me, and I had a true risk, I'd take a 4th generation Duo test at 28 days to be sure.  Keep in mind though, one time sex and one time sex with a regular girl and not a sex worker lowers your odds significantly of contracting HIV.

I had taken test 24days after NAT(nucleic acid test or pcr ena test).Result came as Not defected after 24days of exposure.
You have to wait for 28 for a duo so whatever test you took at 24 was a waste.
