HIV syptoms or is it in my head ?

I posted a question earlier i recently (2days ago) had unprotected sex with a male who is at high risk of having HIV i was un aware of this until after the event took place. I have now found out he has been injecting himself and sharing his needles with fellow drug users. I have now developed syptoms but is it all just not in my head ? I am becoming increasly dizzy when i start to move and black out ... my left hand has a tendincy to become numb and feeling is non exsistant its keeps doin this on a regular basis. My hand and legs are a fuuny colour they have red blotches all over them aswell as mi neck becoming extremely stiff. Im becoming worried and dont know what to do Please help.

Your symptoms have nothing to do with ARS. They came on to quick after a possible exposure. See your doctor if you have a concern.
