I am not sure of the percentages of the dna pcr test. (I took one from labcorp.) at 2 weeks and it came back negtive. but note: IT IS NOT FDA APPROVED. and there is a chance that it might not find the hiv virus if you are infected.
There are 2 types of pcr test that i know of a dna pcr and a rna pcr test.
I'd appreciate an answer to this question too. Also, the chances of a false positive PCR DNA at two weeks. Thanks!

A negative pcr test is an extremely powerful evidence that you do not have hiv.
However, if you had a real risk, you would still need a standard test at 3 months for it to be conclusive. When going for your 3 months test, you should expect a negative result as well.
