HIV through checking condom

Last night I had an encounter with a guy who's HIV status I did not know.  I used a Condom the whole time but stopped halfway through because I just wasn't feeling it.  I pulled out and we just talked for a few minutes.  After that I just wanted to see if the condom had broken or not so I put my hand in to see if there were any breaks.  Unfortunately I couldn't remember how I pulled the condom off so I couldn't tell if it was inside out at that point.  I would assume it wasn't since I felt my precum in it.  Of course it could easily have been lube and *** juice from the other guy.  The condom didn't break at all but I am concerned that I may have inadvertently infected myself by putting my hand in the condom.  I noticed some scabs from cuts and hang nails and am worried that one of them may have opened and got myself infected with HIV.  Probably paranoid but doesn't hurt to ask.
