HIV through massage parlour

Dear Doctor,

I visited a massage parlor in india a month ago. It was a nude body to body massage. The lady performing the massage sat on my **** for at least 10 seconds and she realized it and got up immediately. My **** was horizontally below her *****, i think her ***** was wet. I didn't penetrate her. i am scared that i would have got HIV. Three days after the incident I had symptoms of mild prostatitis(diagonalized by my urologist). The doctor said me it seems to be more related to stress than any infection. I checked back with the girl who did massage, she said she was clean and they do only massage and nothing more. Please let me know if the incident looks risky. I had taken an elisa test P24 on 14th day and it was negative (.11%) Thanks in advance,

Hi. Am not a doctor, but I think I could be of help. The scenario you described can not be a cause of alarm, because for infection to occur there should be penetration which is not the case here. And the virus is weak outside the hosts body and cannot reproduce when exposed to environmental factors. I can say, NO RISK.

PENETRATION = penis being put INSIDE the vagina or anal

Just rubbing or anything on the OUTSIDE is not a risk!

You would know if there is penetration involved.
