HIV through receptive oral sex

Hello , I'm a 16 year old male living in Georgia . Let me get right to it . About 3 months ago I had met up with girl at a party , one thing led to another and before I know it we were things were getting heated inside my car . I didn't want to have sex since I had not brought a condom so she insisted on just giving me a handjob . Everything was going fine until I felt her using her mouth . I didn't know what to do until about 10 seconds on giving me oral I asked her to stop since I did know all the STD's I could get . After that I never saw her again . About 8 weeks later I had a flu , I thought nothing of it since it was flu season , but after the flu lasted about 8 days I was worried . At the same time I developed a very itchy rash on my legs , and 4 pimple like bumps on my forearm . I let these symptoms resolve themselves and in about 2 weeks everything was fine . But yesterday I noticed some white removable painless blemishes on the inside of my mouth , I have braces and i smoke on an almost daily basis so I though they were just ulcers . I also noticed their was plaque like substance on my tongue that gets whiter in the back and also needed to constantly swallow my saliva (back of mouth feels somewhat dry). I brushed my tongue and got most of off . I'm just very scared I might of contracted the HIV virus since I show 3 or more symptoms . Is it likely I have it ?
