HIV transmission via dirty nails when popping pimple

Can HIV be transmitted by cleaning utensils of people possibly infected and then without properly washing my hands, popping a pimple that bled afterwards?

If my fingernails contained blood infected with HIV and then popping a pimple with my fingers afterwards, am I at risk?

What if the possibly infected blood from my nails came into direct contact with blood from my pimple?

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child

no, that is not a risk factor for numerous reasons. HIV is transmitted via unprotected sex or iv drug use.
