HIV transmission via smoking blood cigarettes with bleeding chapped lips

Last week I went to the bar and having some beers while a man (strange man, unknown HIV infectious status) sitting next to me and we start talking.

After a while, he had one cigarette and we smoked it altogether. I was so scared to find out next morning that I had a bleeding chapped lips. My question if he had left some of his blood on the cigarette and I smoked/touched it with my bleeding lips then how about the possibilities of HIV transmission ? .... I am so stressed out...

Actually I would love if I could forget everything and just move on... Do you think in my case it's really high risk or a test's just for peace of mind only ? Thanks...

Hello there, sorry for asking back again. May I ask with infected blood on the cigarette touched my bleeding lips and my mouth with sores and bleeding gums, am I still at safety? It's been lingering around my head from time to time. I can not sleep at night, feeling absolute anxiety, guilty and shame and about to lose everything I have in this life...

I also know this fact, however some sources say it must take minutes for HIV to deactivate. When we smoked together the cigarette was passed pretty fast, only some seconds after he smoked, I put it on my lips and smoke. We pass the cigarette around like 3-4 rounds like that....
