I am a guy and recently went to a massage parlour. We were both completely naked. No clothes at all, and were dry humping/genital rubbing each other. What is the risk of HIV transmission through this activity ?

Hey just wanted to tell that it was genital rubbing with a girl and not a guy. Does that make any difference ?

Reread the advice because it has to be penetrating.

Only sex risks are penetrating unprotected vaginal or anal so you were a long way from a risk. Even oral or kissing are not a risk because HIV is instantly inactivated in air and also instantly in saliva. No detail that you can add would make your activity a risk, not even if both of you had cuts.
