HIV via contact with niece

Hi I am 19 and recently have spent time with my niece whom is now 10 months old. Basically her parents were drug addicts and now she's being taken care by her grandmother. I'm not sure if her parents are HIV+ but looking at their background and having heard her mother was a prostitute, I'm worried I could have HIV. She has scratched me and also once her mouth was cut where I believe she touched my mouth which might have been cracked so bleeding. I've heard that even if the mother does have HIV, there's only a 30% chance of it getting passed on and if there was blood contact between me and my niece, it was very little at best. Also before that my niece was put int care straight away because of her mother being a drug addict, my niece has drugs in her body so went straight into care with a nurse for 8 months and lived under care with two more children, do you think she was tested for HIV then because of her situation and being put into care? It's a delicate question to ask her grandmother due to the subject but am really worried, at most there was a small amount of blood contant when she put her hand in her mouth which had blood and then touched my lips which bled due to being chapped a tiny bit, I bled a very small amount and it was just a small cut.

Thank you.

So even though there was a very small amount of blood seeping out of the cut I had on my lips I'm still OK? She did not kiss me directly or anything like that, at worst she put her hand in her mouth where it was cut and then touched my lip where the crack was bleeding ever so slightly.

Much appreciated Teak.
