HIV window panic...need expert opinion

Hi all,

I had a risky encounter with a trans woman 72 days ago today (received unprotected oral and anal (no ejaculation), gave unprotected oral and anal (ejaculation)) . The girl tested negative 3 weeks before we hooked up and 3 days after with Oraquick, so hopefully she understands the window period involved there. I've attempted to contact her but she's been unresponsive. I started feeling sick 2 days after the encounter with some odd symptoms:

Sore throat w/ white lump on tonsil

Malaise

Mild fever

Red bump on corner of lip that vanished in 2 days, but gave way to what are either HPV warts or Fordyce spots on my upper lip

Minor tongue sores

Potential HPV warts on glans

Mild rash on glans, slowly disappearing with moisturizing and antifungals (fairly sure it's not herpes)

I've completed the following tests at the following times, all negative:

Day 11 - HIV TMA RNA. (supposedly conclusive in 9-11 days re: stdcheck.com)

Day 13: Ab Duo

Day 13: Quant PCR (Viral load)

Day 43: Oraquick home

Day 68: Oraquick home

Day 73: Oraquick home

Day 74 (pending): Ab Duo

To this day I still have a nagging sore throat and what feels like some joint weakness, and just generally feeling feeling off, which is likely anxiety related. Not convinced I'm negative, but I know the tests are strongly pointing in that direction. How worried should I be at this point given the symptoms vs the tests? The wait for the 3 month conclusive test is killing me.

Thanks for the reply. It's a bit difficult to ignore the symptoms when they line up quite well with what is listed as ARS. I also forgot to mention the oral thrush I'm experiencing, which is probably the most worrisome.

If I had some oral thrush/balanitis at the point when I got my RNA test and Quant PCR, would that mean the viral load would be high enough to be detectable? I assume if my immune system had been attacked to the point where it would allow these infections, then these very sensitive tests would detect the virus. Is that logical?

Part of the problem is that I'm having a bit of difficulty trusting the home tests. I'm being quite careful and using them correctly, but I'm still concerned about user error/delayed seroconversion. I think the AB test I did today will put me at ease, after which I'll do another Oraquick at 90 days. If I'm still panicking after they, I suppose it's therapy time :/

Ignore the "symptoms."  Almost everyone here thinks they are experiencing HIV/ARS symptoms, when i fact they are not.  Today's tests are very sensitive, and if you were having HIV symptoms, they would have turned positive by now.  If you keep testing like this, you could get a false positive which would send your anxiety through the roof, I suspect.

Just take a test at 90 days, collect your negative, and move on.
