HIV worried about risk from UK Escort

Hello all, im not sure where or who can answer or look at this question but here goes! its quite reassuring to see other people going through what im going through right now!

I had a HIV test ( it was the HIV 28 duo )  back in December 6 weeks after  my last exposure, and was negative, the doctor said this was conclusive

Since then i have gotten into a relationship.

STUPIDLY i paid an escort for sex i found her on UK site adultwork in her 20`s from London ( yes i paid £150.00 for this nightmare i am having why do we do it?? ) she said everything she does is protected including oral which was fine by me and i received oral twice and did had vaginal sex twice,  no anal intercourse, for each act she put the condom on with her mouth, and sucked then we had sex, cleanup then repeated the act. Im stressing thinking what if the condom broke and i didnt notice??? , with the amount of blokes she must have sex with she must have HIV.

Just as i as leaving i used the bathroom and saw some medication in her bathroom, 2 boxes of meds with different names, one was something with the word "cycle" at the end, and the other began with an "A" which dosnt narrow it down!!

straight away i started stressing about HIV and these being HIV meds i was terrified 2 days later i got a sore throat and felt very weak and tired these symptoms went in about 4 days

I phoned the escort and asked her if she was clean, she said she was at the clinic 2 weeks prior, 2 day later i then text her and told her id fell ill and if she had been screened for HIV , she answered very rudely and said she was completly clean im being stupid we used condoms, she gets tested regular and just cause im ill its not her problem.

I must admit i have been googeling and waiting for ARS symptoms to show, i feel very tired weak and hot and very dizzy.. like im burning up also my muscels ache im constantly feeling my neck even though i dont know what im looking for.

My girlfriend wants sex but i cant bare the guilt to give her HIV we dont use condoms and she will know somethings wrong if i insist on using one, and i know shes HIV free as she gives blood and got tested at easter to go abroad with work!

I have made it this far to 3 weeks keeping fairly sane, but now its starting to kill me i rang the specialistat the local GUM clinic at 1 week post exposure asking for a PCR test but she wasnt giving,  she said 4 week duo is nowadays very accurate.

With the symptoms im having Anxeity or HIV ?
if it was HIV would the symptoms be obvious like a fever that puts you in bed!!

Any comments or any input from anybody would be great as just sharing my story helps

Im considering paying £280 to have the PCR test or going to a clinic and paying £110 to have the duo done so i can get same day results as i just cant take this anymore i want to get on with my life positive or not!

condom failure is CATASTROPHIC...not something you'd have to guess about.

The need for a repeat HIV test if still within the window period after a specific exposure should be discussed. Although fourth generation tests shorten the time from exposure to seroconversion a repeat test at three months is still recommended to definitively exclude HIV infection.

The HIV DUO is very accurate at 28 days but you still need to take a final test at 3 months.

There are many doctors in te UK that will tell you a DUO at 4 weeks is a done deal but guidelines still say 3 months.I very much doubt a negative DUO will change at 3 months.

You may also ask her to show you where a test is approved to give a conclusive negative test earlier than 3 months post exposure. She won't be able to provide it...

You cannot be in a window period because you never had an exposure. You had protected sex. When condoms break it is very obvious- you would definitely know if the condom broke. Your paranoia about HIV is the only issue here. This was a NON-EVENT as far as HIV is concerned and your concerns are completely unjustified. You should just forget about HIV testing- you DO NOT need it -and put this incident behind you.

Thanks alot everyone for your fast and accurate information.

I guess i was paniking the condom broke and maybe had a tiny tear in it or something and i did not notice and may have been unprotected with a sex worker but joggen said a condom failure is very obvious.
