HIV worried

Dear doctor,
I am a bottom gay. Some weeks age , I met an unknown gay,I gave him oral sex without condom (just for 5 Seconds)
and had an insertive sex, We used a condom and lubricant. I look the condom and it was not broken,
I had a test at 39 days negtive. Am I worrrying to much or can I pretty much rely on my test results?

You didn't have a risk. Condoms don't jump off your penis and back on.

After the anal sex,he removed the condom from his penis,I saw the seminal fluid all
in the condom.

But I still worried that I could not see well if the condom slipped during anal sex.because I am a bottom gay.
