HIV

Hello Doctor ,

i am 27 yrs Male i am gonna die so please help me this my story
i had unprotected sex 1997 with a prostitute i was that time 14 yrs is possible to get hiv?
my next sexual intercourse was 2003 with my girl friend after mounths i got headache fatigue
coughing i went to a dr. he said do test syphilis and gas both result was postive  then i started  penicillin and antigas
when i had taken med i bacame ok after mounths i feel crawilng under the skin like parasite but i am not sure if it is under the skin or in blood but i  feel it  and stomach burning upper the belly i got scare long time feeling unhealthy
2010 i went my dr upper GI he told me that i have  mild antral gastritis 2 days later i feel very fatigue  stress emotional fear when i sleep i feel like  parasite under my skin when i feel it  the brain releases hormones burning my intestinal
then i decided to make hiv test  the result is nagative  i didnot blieve it cuz my body is destroying  and i can't sleep at the night crawilling  parasite under my skin and brain hormones destroying my immune system i always feel fear witho no reason so please help me i gonna die i don't know what i have to do help me

If it had been 3 months after unprotected sex when you took your HIV test, then you're conclusively negative.

if you had UNPROTECTED sex and do not know your status...then you can test now for a conclusive result.

cant help with anything else...this forum is hiv specific and we cant diagnose anyone.
