HIV?

Hello Sorry for my English.
In February I had Oral sex I gave. Unprotected. None ejaculate but do not know what pre-cum. No signs of disease have not had. (A few days hurt me in the neck but that's all it was about a month after exposure). I'm asthmatic I breathe regularly (Symbicort 200) contains corticosteroids (Ubesodin) I read that you can extend seroconversion. Is that so?
In August (23 week) I bought INSTI HIV test half came out negative.
(24 week) Blood 4 generation ELISA HIV P24 + half negative. The result lasted about a week. How is it with that protein p24? When no longer found must already be always present antibodies? or it does not coincide? Is 24 weeks 6 months?
Now it's 28 week I have swollen glands in the neck, I was at the ENT (sono + liver function test + chemo) results returned alright. Benigni node layout. Liver function tests in the standard)
I've read of Hep C can also extend seroconversion. Liver function tests should identify whether Hep or mono? I had now elevated temperature, sore throat and lymph nodes I started to bat. Today I had the better it took about a week. viraemia (about colds). Please reply with HIV is still a threat to me? Please answer the questions that otherwise might not get rid of;] Thank you. I know that 3 months but please decisive individual

1. You did not have a risk
2. You have negative tests that proved you don't have HIV.
Accept it.

PS. If you know 3 months is conclusive then why are you here asking questions?
