I had sex with one of the prostitute one night a few weeks ago. Initially for a 10~20 seconds, she gave me blowjob but later I put condom. After that when first condom got loosen somewhat I put second one. As we got tired and I couldn’t ejacuate, she removed condom and gave me hand job only. But, this time she used her saliva directly on my penis. I am very much worried about this.
1. I had some nail scratch on my anal side and on my testis.
2. I had deep kiss with her.
3. Sometimes in morning when I do teeth brushing, little blood comes out of my teeth.
4. I had safe intercourse using condom.

Based on above description, how much at risk I am? I do not know HIV status of that girl. But, I read that HIV virus can live for longer period outside body. So, if by mistakes, her vaginal fluid might have touched nail scratches then what? Also, from that day I am very much worried about HIV after reading possible way of infection. I am not able to sleep at nights and very much worried. Always, HIV is roaming in mind. Sometimes, my blood pressure and my heart beat rates are getting very high. I am always afraid that due to me someone else will get HIV. Though, I have not done test till now, as it is not even month over after my act.

Can anyone please guide me, what should I do now?

You never had an exposure. Oral sex is not a risk of HIV transmission with or without a condom.

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child

How about oral sex with man? With precum and cut in the mouth without bleeding. Is that considered a risk? Thanks

I understand yours point of view, but I am worried because my body is showing symptoms of HIV. Today, I am having some Sore Throat short of feeling! If I was no exposed, then why all these similar symptoms are coming up?

That is nothing that you have to worry about. Neither of you had an exposure.

The main reason of anxiety is discrimination and job loss. I think including 'agrsid' and many people will agree this thing. I do not know what will happen, I am really tensed and not able to perform my daily duties properly. beside that I am staying alone, so I can not share with any other. Also, I am currently working in Qatar, and this country deports the people having HIV. That is why I am highly worried :-(

Do you both realize that HIV is no longer a death sentence? You can take medicine and live a normal life span. So even if you DID have it.. which you DON'T so calm down... there is no need to obsess over it.

If you are prone to obsessing over sexual encounters, then perhaps stop seeing prostitutes. Good luck.

Thank you Treak for your response. But, I am worried because, many of HIV related websites are stating that Oral Sex is one of the way of getting infection! Also, they are stating that virus are able to survive outside of body from some minutes to some weeks!!! I do not understand what to do?
