HIV+Cunnilingus with small mouth ulcer

Dear Doc,
I am a 34 old year married male writing from italy. know I already posted this topic in the health forum. Teak answered me to be not worried and was very helpful. But probably I just need a little of reassurance for my situation.
The fact: 14 days ago I did a cunnilingus to a lap dancer in the privè of a strip bar. I was with few friends for a stag party, and unfortunately I did not control myself. The duration was about 3-4 minutes. No blood from her, from what I could see. I noticed the day after I had a little ulcer on my lips because I bited my mouth 3 days before.
Since then, my mind began to be very worried. I probably began making connection with symptoms that are not symptoms. Moreover, I surfed google and I found that some people in my conditions were very worried and had the HIV Test.
Even though the fact that the lap dancer made me understand she was not available for free sex, or even for touching my penis, I am very worried (and probably feel guilty) for having sex now with my regular partner.
2 days ago I discovered an hemorrohid, and during the night I woke up with a lot of sweat and with stomach ache. Every symptom disappeared the day after it began.
Probably because I was sightseeing in the mountains and I got quite a lot of sun in the last days, I also feel often my face warm yesterday and today.
My questions are:
-are they possibly early symptoms of HIV?
-am I (and my partner) at risk of HIV for this incident?
-should I get the test?
As I am blood donor, I am sure I did not have risky behaviours before this incident, and hopefully won't have.
