HIv from food. please help me

Today i was on my lunch break and i was in a old fashioned pizza shop, Well i ordered a slice and he put the pizza into the oven to warm it. Well in the door to the oven there was some food stuck to it and the worker took the flat spatchila (spelling) and cleaned off the extra food and he went to throw the food into the trash, Well the food was stuck to the spatchila and so he then banged the spatchila on the top part of the trash can and then he took that same spatchila and got my pizza out of the oven, Although i know this is pretty nasty but would there be any HIV risk from something like this. I didnt want to eat the pizza but i was to hungry. Please answer as i am beginning to worry about this.
