HV Negative ?

hi doctors im a guy had unprotected sex with a promisuous woman and after 3 months period i did a test in private Lab and after 4 hours i went back had my report says :
ELISA HIV P24 Ag + Ab Non-Reactive
And the report has a sign called ISO-9001
Please can i move on from HIV and what is ISO ?

oral sex poses no risk.wearing a condom for sex vaginal and anal means you did not pose a risk to get hiv.

None of those are risk for HIV transmission.
