Had my test today 10 days to go...

I have been suffering more from anixety on hiv I have been told my risks of getting it were zero.

I had protected sex with a sex worker when I was drunk in benidorm.

I spoke to a advisor at the GUM clinic she said stop worrying but she did mention it is probably a guilt trip thing and if once the test has been done and clear I still have these problems to think about confessing it to my wife.

Just figured this will help people on here a lot of the anixety is guilt based.

I agree it is guilt based.  I cheated on my wife during a 1 night stand 12 weeks ago and the condom broke!  I was very worried the first 6 weeks but a negative result helped that.  Now I am taking my conclusive 12 week test just to be sure and it has been 4 days and the results are still pending!  Getting very worried again on why they are taking this long.
