Hair Dresser and HIV

yesterday i was braiding a girl hair; who had a sore spot in her hair due to the tightness of the previous braids. there was no blood but only soreness and dirt on the scalp which was a bit smelly from the soreness. i wiped the spot with hydogen peroxide then braided her hair. i had a little knick on my finger previously. her hair follicles may have made contact with my knick (which was not bleeding) is this enough to infect me if she had hiv or infection? i am paranoid.
