You had protected sex which means it was protected (so long as the condom did not break), so your only realistic risk was unprotected oral, which is just about zero risk (some say absolutely zero risk). A test at 7 weeks should be very comforting. By 7 weeks more than 95% (if not higher) of people who are positive will have shown + on their antibody tests. If it were me I would not even have tested, but I think you will be very happy when you get your 12 week test results back. You will be ok.
There are a lot of oral funguses. Hairy leukoplakia does not go away as Chris said, rfrom my readings it is not migratory. I have a similar situation to yours, I also have some kind of fungus on my tongue, will go to the doctor these days, but i am pretty sure it is not leukoplakia. So try to relax
