Hand job massage parlor fear of hiv

Hello ,
I went at least 6 or 7 times to massage parlors in China and got unprotected hand jobs.
Lady giving hand job with massage oil , usualy 3 min job
I checked their hands , they seemed fine with no cuts
Is it risky or dangerouns can we get hiv or other std by being massaged by hand on the sex ?
Doctor I am so annxious please respond !
