Dear Dr Frascino,
I am an italian 36 years old man, married, and sometimes I travel abroad for work. I have been in the last year several times in the new added EU countries and have had the crazy appetite for trying some forbidden experience. Therefore I met (overall) four girls and have had from them a handjob (of course not for free). This have happened 7 times, with the last time at beginning of august. Now, my fears
and eventual STDs transmission. Despite I have read in many of yrou questions that it should be free I have been taken by a wide variety of "what if" questions.
Here are a short list of them:
1 I have taken care not to get any saliva from them on my penis
and I thought they were not bleeding. However in one case in late June I have sucked her nipples and I rememeber that some 20 seconds before this she touched her clitoris and then the nipple...I also touched her clitoris but it seemed to me not wet. In this case, and only in this case, I rubbed my penis
on her nipple after ejaculation. She was definitely not pregnant.
2 I have bought some EZ TRUST HIV 1/2 KIT for testing and SYPHILIS TESTING from a website and did it at 55 and 64 days after the event. All negative, but how are they reliable?
3 The girls I met at end of july ( respectively 37,33 and 29 days before the last HOME TEST) only gave me a handjob without any other contact, but I am a bit scared because when I asked one of her if she was HIV positive, she first said no, and the second time she said tha I do not have to ask because I am not risking anything with this practice...so I have some doubt.
3 I am experiencing some strange sympthoms in the last 15 days (started at the 25th day after meeting this last girl) and these are: sense of heaviness on the eyes and empty stomach (with a bit of nausea), stiff neck (cured with voltaren pills and gone in 4 days), sensation of hot over the body and head but with temperatures that never was above 36.8 degrees (mean value 36.2). And I saw 3-4 times some small small red spots like blood on my undies, but only once every about 2-3 days and once in a day. I have had for 3-4 days the feeling that my lynph nodes on the throat were swollen, but touching them they appeared like always. So I am getting a bit scared. All of these symptoms are coming back and forth...and are never stable all days.
Question: did I risk something? Do I have to make some more reliable test? Am I only too scared and stressed?
I very much appreciate your support, and hope to get an answer very soon.
I am sorry...I cutted and pasted the whole text....and this was a letter to another website.... apologize.
Anyhow...if anyone has some suggestions it is well appreciated
the answer is NO. A very BIG NO. You were never at risk for HIV. Your symptoms are not related to HIV either because you were never exposed. take care.
