Handjob with vaginal secretions, now symptoms?

I have a question which is probably really low risk, but had some symptoms so I wanted to double check with some of the resident experts here:

Exposure
I had an experience with a CSW in SF about a month ago.  I wanted to be as safe as possible so I told her to keep her panties on.  But before we begin she pushed her panties out of her crouch by putting her hand in her panties and pushing down.  I suspect she got very little, if any vaginal secretions on her from this (she wasn't masturbating or anything -- she literally was just getting the panties out of a bunch).

After that she got her condom, but I asked her to give me a brief handjob before putting on the condom, which she did for like 2-3 minutes.  Nothing vigorous -- light rubbing.  Then we put the condom on, put on lube, and I did Russian to completion (between her breasts).

Symptoms:
About 3w later I got a fever of about 102 (with chills), a sore throat and minor neck stiffness.  I also got nasal drainage and a stuffy nose.  The sore throat seems related to the nasal drainage.  The sore throat wasn't severe.

The fever was gone in about 18 hours, but the minor neck stiffness, sore throat, nasal drainage, and stuffy nose lasted a few days.

I would typically think nothing of the encounter if not for the symptoms.  I believe this was a no risk event, but I really just want some confirmation.

Great Teak.  I appreciate it.

As you can tell from my post, I am really trying to be safe.  But I think I'm discovering that once you become a tad paranoid, no degree of precaution seems like enough, because you'll always find some random thing to question.  :-)

Anyways, I appreciate your response on this.  I consider it now closed!

You didn't have a low risk, you didn't have a risk at all.

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child
