Have I been infected with HIV through a hang nail wound on my hand?

So I hooked up with a guy about three months ago for a date. Things got frisky that night and to cut a long story short...I ended up giving him oral sex and a hand job. There was absolutely no penetrative sex involved...but I did insist that he wear a condom during the oral sex (which he did). He disliked the condom though and would not orgasm...so eventually, he pulled off the condom and asked for a hand job instead. I did not give him any more oral from that point on because he refused to use another condom. A minute or so after he ejaculated (during the hand job), I noticed that some of his semen had landed onto a small 1-2mm wound on my little finger which I had totally forgotten about. I had picked at a hang nail much earlier that morning and had inadvertently created that minute wound. I freaked out at that point and washed my hands as soon as I could. The wound was not bleeding at the time of the hand job, but it was still slightly pink/raw and a little sore.
Three months later after that encounter, I developed several pimple-like lesions on my upper back and shoulders. They were not itchy, but a bit sore to the touch. The first three appeared over a single day...and the remaining five appeared individually over several days thereafter at random sites on the back and shoulders. I also developed a boil on my chest. During this time I also felt as if I was developing a sore throat...but no sore throat actually appeared...just a vague discomfort in the throat that passed off in about four days. I also felt that the glands under my lower jaw were a bit swollen and slightly painful...all of which passed off in a course of a week. There was no fever during all of this. Right now, the pimple-like lesions have left painless, non-itchy flat brown scars. Two of them had discharged a pus material before becoming these brown scars...but the others did not. Another strange symptom (which I still experience now) is a random sharp biting sensation on my body, as if ants are biting me. These sites change randomly and there are no apparent lesions when I inspect the skin at these sites.

Are these the initial HIV seroconversion symptoms (...the "rash" on my back and shoulders included)?
Did I inadvertently infect myself with HIV by having his semen land onto my "several-hours-old" hang nail wound??
Could I have contracted HIV from any pre-cum or semen in the condom while performing oral sex even though none of it directly got into my mouth?

I have been so freaked out for the last three weeks by all of these weird, unexplainable symptoms and I cannot stop thinking that I have been infected with HIV.

As an adult, the only risks for HIV are:
1) having unprotected, penetrative vaginal or anal sex, or
2) sharing IV drug needles with other IV drug users.

You had no risk and do not need to test.  Whatever your symptoms are, they are NOT due to HIV as you had no risk.  There is no information that you could add to this scenario that would turn it into a risk, so you can confidently move on knowing that you did not get HIV from this event.
