Have sex during women period

Last night I went to karaoke. Then, I went to hotel with the karaoke girl. I used condom. During having sex, she had her period. I stop. I see the condom covered with blood.

1. I took condom off with my right hand, and clean my hand with water. I used the same hand to clean my body and penis without soap. Is there any risk that I used the same hand to clean my penis?

2. My back has pimple. During the sex, she touch the pimple with her hand. I afraid her hand had some blood, but I did't feel it wet. Is there any risk?

3. I saw her blood on my thigh and private area, but the penis were covered by condom. Any risk?

4. I asked her whether she clean or not. She showed me her HIV test on 14 June 2012 which is negative. That made me feel relief. But I wonder the test result is relaible or not because I know that testing period should be 3 months after the last sex, but she worked at that area, so she has sex everyday. Can her test result still relaible on 23 June 2012. I mean is she still HIV negative when she had sex with me?

Thank you!

No risk. HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.
