Headache only syptom(symptom).

I am a 39 year male. 4 weeks ago i had unprotected sex with a woman that i am very skeptical about, meaning i think she is much more permiscusis than she says she is. I was heavily intoxicated and did not use a condom. the sex happened that night and then again in the morning (i think i was still intoxicated) At first i was going through all the syptoms (symptoms) and had myself convinced that i got HIV. (The internet can be brutal)  Went to the dr. at the 4 week mark (did the basic tests, all negative) and he told me that everything (including my headache) were all due to stress, and anxiety for which he put me on lexpro, and lorzepan. Since i have been taken the meds now all my symptoms have seemed to dissapear except a very mild headache everyday. I do plan on going to get tested at the 3 and 6 month mark. i was just wondering if i was indeed infected with hiv can a mild headache everyday all day and night be some sign? Wouldn't there be multiple signs, and not just a headache? If it is caused by stress or anxiety why isn't the meds helping? I was never one to ever get a headache (well very few before this incident) So guess what i am asking can this be some sort of symptom all by itself? Anybodys input would be great. Thanks

Headaches are a common side effect of Lexapro and approximately 24% of people taking lexapro experience HA's.  The lorazepam may cause dizziness, vertigo, and sedation.  Your body should adjust to the physiological effects of the medications within a couple of weeks.

I already had the Headaches before I went to the Dr. That is one of the reasons he put me on the meds he did.
