Hello one month test a complete waste?

Hi.  I had a very low risk exposure.  I had a condom break as i was pulling out so it wasn't bad.  i want to test i have been tested before and the health department said wait 3 months then test again at 6 months.  I am really nervous and it has been a month. I have swollem lymph nodes and sore throat and aches and pains. I went to the doctor but was too embarresed to tell her story she just gave me antibiotics.  My question is do these sound like hiv symptoms, I googled them and some came up.  also I have these wierd tiney dots on my leg but  they happened only  4 days afeter the wardorbe malfunction.  If I test at one month and it is negative can relax at leats a little. How accurate is a one month test, or should I just tough it out.  I have not slept in about three days. I have lost 12 poumds in about 28 days i need help.  Btw mya last his test was negative and had not had any sex for a whole year prior to that test. Thanks if you can  help.

Sounds like we are in a similiar situation. I have not been able to sleep and am paranoid. I took the test at one month or so and was negative and I am trying to patiently wait for the 3 month. It is so hard though, I feel you!

3 months will be conclusive not 6 months.
