Hello please reply

Dear helpline team,

I met a girl ( hooker, status unknown ). I touched her privates and kissed her once( Lip kiss). I did not indulge in any sex (oral, anal or vaginal). Then i masturbated using my own hand. I want to know if HIV can transmit this way?
I dont have  have any active bleeding cuts or wounds on my hand. Also she was sitting in my car so i could have never inserted my finger inside her vagina. Meaning as far as i remember i didnt feel wet on my hand ( I was not under influence of alcohol/ drugs, i dont take anyway).

Please answer
1) Am i at risk? as i am expecting worst case scenario that something from her vagina might have touched my penis during masturbation. Please help. I didnt even touch my penis to her vagina so forget about penetrative sex.

2) Can lip kissing transmit HIV?

This was first and last of something i have done in my life. Will never ever think about.

I request you to please reply

Kissing is not a risk of HIV transmission, closed or open mouth, with or without mouth sores or cuts.

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child
