Help me figure out

I had unprotected oral and protected vaginal I think teeth scratched me on penis head then got head from someone else days later got sick at 22 days got tested for stds and hiv 1 2 ag ab combo test all came back negative but I had symptoms of pain and burning urine issues lasting 5 months 4 urine test came back negative for any std got diagnosed with cpps which is pelvic floor just wondering if hiv is cause

Also I have pain in veins and all kind of issues my wife started having seizures and I'm wondering could it be hiv and be missed there was blood on condom but I washed it off from the other girl

Symptoms are never used to diagnose HIV.  The only thing used to determine if someone has HIV is a test.  28 days is the appropriate time to wait for an accurate test.  However, you don't need to test.  You didn't have a risk from these incidents you had.  Oral sex is not a risk for HIV because saliva and air inactivate the virus.  The only way to get HIV is to have unprotected vaginal or anal intercourse or to share IV drug needles.  If you didn't do those, you don't need to test.

Urinary infections can happen to anyone who doesn't have HIV, and you are one of them. You are safe from HIV so relax, because doctors don't diagnose HIV from symptoms so you shouldn't try to connect them either.

Your risk never existed. Forget your symptoms, unprotected oral has no HIV risk. No test was needed
