Help my friend please.

A friend of mine was HIV positive who is in an active treatment and has an undetectable viral load. He had sex with a man but the man removed the condom he penetrates him only for a minute or two but no proper penetration anally. The man just pushed his ****'s head in and out (just the bellend as the man described it) for like a minute or two and cum inside him. Was he at great risk to catching HIV though no deep penetration occurred. They only did it once. Can you help. Does being undetectable and on active treatment lessens the risk? Thanks.

A man's penis entering another's anus?  How else could you describe it?

Im assuming you are the other guy. If there was no penetration there is no risk. But if there was penetration go get tested just to be sure.
