Help read my HIV test

HI i just got dont a HIV test and there are something that been buggin me. Gonna be honest when i went for my results the doc that read them to me well she didnt read it to me she just told me i had HIV she did recommend the Western Blot which i did get done but ive been so nervous and havent gotten a call from the doc yet and has been 3 days should i wait more or is this a good sign....Anyways i have my 1st results and well i dont understand it or the doc beacuse on the way bottom of the paper say HIV non reactive what does this means and why did the doc say i had HIV .....neutrofilos...25%......linfocli.59%......monoc..12% what does this mean any can help me out do i have HIV or is it just a bad virus i havent had any symptoms that has me thinkin i have HIV

thats what i dont get if my results were non reactive why she told me i do and had to get the western blot test done and well now i m just waiting for those results and to be honest i havent gotten test for more or less a year thats why im more afraid i dont go around much partner to partner so i dont get it

Your doctor did not tell you that you had HIV because "nonreactive" means NEGATIVE, which means you do NOT have HIV. As long as this test was done 3 months or more after your last possible exposure, then you most certainly do not have HIV, and no further testing is needed.
