Help with my situation

Hi,

About 9 months ago I have protected sex but had an uprotected blow job off a female escort. I had a clear sti test back and a HIV negative result back from gum clinic 5 weeks after this. Had a bad sore throat for 1/2 weeks, sickness for a day/night and diaheria for over a week so thats why i got tested after reading aboyut hiv over the net. I was sweating at night really badly aswell.

Thought I'd got over it but the anxiexty/worry that I might have caught HIV sometimes pops up in my head. What advice could u give me? How good is a 5 week negative, maybe 50% reliable?
