Help!

My ex and I have recently split, and we never had vaginal intercourse. He did try to have unprotected anal intercourse with me, once I realized what he was trying to do, I immediately stopped him. We had a talk at the beginning of our relationship, both explaining to the other how many partners we'd had, and that we know that we are both clean. Should I be concerned of exposure to any std's? HIV especially?

I believe him when he says that he doesn't have anything , and I do admittedly have anxiety issues, so I may just be freaking out for no reason. I don't want to go to the doctor and get tested because I think it's pointless, and don't want to waste my money...

Any ideas?

First off I am HIV positive and I am clean. Just because someone is positive or has an STD does not make them dirty. Now for you answer if you were not penetrated you don't have an HIV concern.

I definitely didn't mean it that way! I'm so sorry! Anyway, he did penetrate one time, and I stopped him... Totally came out of the blue.... Not quite sure if I'm freaking for no reason...

When I say penetration, I don't even think his penis went all the way inside....It hurt, and I told him to stop immediately...

If you were penetrated you should test. You can obtain a conclusive negative test 3 months post exposure.
